Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones. What’s your speed? Ours is a Single Speed.

Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit IV, Day 3. Thanks to jcnielsen! Pours all head like fluid after slightly gushing. So çhïłł. Potpourri, slight lemon pepper, slightly grainy pils malty, light citrusy aroma. Flavor is floral, pretty dry, grassy/grainy malty, and lemony. Not horrible but certainly could use some work and the carbonation is just out of control.

Draft. A tasty ale that is indeed suitable for sessioning. Its weird though but in a good way. Smell is like those old flavored milks that existed in the 90s, maybe a bit of lemon lime. Flavor is of a natural-ingredient popsicle, maybe grape. Its good htough.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a strong grain note with a touch of sweetness and just a bit of underlying jasmine. Flavor has a strong grain note throughout with a bit of jasmine and light fruit coming through in the finish.

22 oz. bottle via local STL trade. New version: now lawsuit-proof and with jasmine! Pours a clear gold color with a small white head. Notes of pale malts, clean floral (jasmine), straw, grass, spice, and dough. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. So fresh and so clean, clean.

Draft on tap at the brewery (St. Louis, MO). RBSG 2014 Friday Bus Tour. Pours a pale straw yellow hue, faint haze with a frothy whitish ring atop. Mellow lacing, touch of stick around. Aromas are clean with gentle grainy malt, a touch of earth, faint herbal quality and mellow floral hit. Initial is dry, smaller with some soap, mellow apple and earth. Gentle yeastiness, bready malts. The apple and fruity feel is present, gentle white raisin and touches of sugar taper out. Bread, a bit of straw, mellow yeast elements. Finish is a bit dry, some gentle spice and jasmine. Touches of grass, florals. Nice stuff.

22 oz. bottle shared by phaleslu. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a big white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, herbal and floral hops, grass, lightly toasted malt with a splash of citrus. Clean, but ultimatley not too much going on especially compared to all the other crazy beers consumed that night.
