Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones. What’s your speed? Ours is a Single Speed.

Nice pale golden with white head. This is a crisp brew that would be great on a hot Summer day! This drinks smooth with a floral back end. This is a 4 Hands brew...I haven’t met one of theirs yet that I am not fond of drinking. The aroma is pleasant and invites you to DRINK ME, DRINK ME!!!

Pours clear light yellow with a nice white head. The aroma has floral jasmine, clean light maltiness, bit of spicy hops and a touch of fresh baked bread. The body is light, crisp and refreshing with a small bite and fairly soft carbonation for a blond ale. The taste is a bit like the aroma, but the breadiness is toned down a bit and the jasmine really jumps out, especially on the finish. There is a some fresh cut grass and a hint of sulfur on the finish as well. Very clean, well balanced flavors and an improvement in my opinion on the original. Really solid and very refreshing.

Had this at ITAP Soulard in the Spiegelau glass night with this beer in that glass. It was a golden hued beer with some white foam. This is bot over done and is kind of a delicate beer is nicely sessionable. Some nice fruit and pale malts with a bit of lemony citrus and floral notes. A bit of bready yeast. I like this beer.

Bottle, shared by phaleslu. Totally hazy yellow color. Thin bubbly white head. Loose dots of lace. Smooth, kind of soft lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Medium body. Nice grassy hops. Light citrus. Some zest. Lighter bitter taste. Some grapefruit. Biscuity malt profile. Nice hoppy pale ale

Nice beer. Soft, rounded flavors, delicate. Aroma is ripe tropical fruit, yeast, lemon peel. Getting bread, yeast, pear, almonds, and some pine needle bitterness at the finish. -1 for thinning out a bit too quickly. Overall unique, well made.

Pale yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. A light wheaty/papery malt aroma dominate the nose. Sweet wheat malt start with a dry slightly floral bitter finish. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. another solid beer from these guys

22 oz. bottle via local STL trade. New version: now lawsuit-proof and with jasmine! Pours a clear gold color with a small white head. Notes of pale malts, clean floral (jasmine), straw, grass, spice, and dough. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. So fresh and so clean, clean.
