Columbus Tomahawk Zeus is the primary hop variety in War Hammer as well as the inspiration for the name. We use a combination of Pacific Northwest hops to create layers of pungent flavors. A generous malt bill adds biscuit and honey notes while allowing the hops to take center stage. War Hammer pours golden in color with aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine, resin, & slight earthy notes. Drink fresh!

Pours hazy golden with 1 finger head that lingers, leaving medium to heavy lacing. Toasted malt with grapefruit and tropical fruit mediumbitter hops. Medium body, moderate, pleasant carbonation. Long bitter finish. This is a great imperial IPA.

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Big dank pine and dirty citrus, moderate bitterness, and a long piney hoppy finish. A hop bomb for sure, but not too over-the-top. Pretty dope.

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy light amber orange color with a light tan head. Aroma is a delicious fleshy tropical fruit sweetness with a mild bitter. Flavor is moderately bitter, but well balanced by the fruity hop character. Medium oily body but hides the abv quite well. Solid beer.

Pours a beautiful golden hue with a thick white head. Aroma is citrus, hops and a hint of metal. Taste is full of sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Has a really nice bitter aftertaste. Man I wanted to dislike this, but itís so good. Hoppier than the Contact High. So good with grilled meat.

Bottle - thanks to beernbourbon! Pours hazy orange with a very large puffy off-white, slightly pale orange head that lasts a long time and laces well, if a bit clumpy. Aroma is dank, citrus, tropical, cat piss. Flavor has definite sweetness, some pineapple and mango flavors apparent. Medium bitter, but not harsh. A bit of an almost candy-like note in the initial stages. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel, some ABV burn. Pretty nice beer.

Bottle shared at the 11k/7k/5k. Aroma is potent hop. Grapefruit zest, pine, and pineapple. Pours beautifully yellow and fizzy with a sticky frothy head. Taste is damn near perfect. Tangerine zest, grapefruit, pine, resin, and some lemongrass. Intense taste and a crisp mouthfeel. This was a nice surprise.

22oz bomber courtesy of RobertDale from the six bottle shipper across America. Pours a hazy copper color with an enormous frothy white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, tons of grapefruit, BO, and caramel malt. Taste of bitter grapefruit, old citrus, caramel malt, and resin. Really solid DIPA!
