COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with an identical malt bill of 95% Ale, 4% Wheat and 1% Crystal each beer is made with only 1 hop variety to accentuate aroma and bitterness. This gives us the ability to compare each hop to the next to understand the difference and uniqueness each brings to beer.From Alsace with Strisselpalt parentage. Aramis has strong herbal, lemon like aroma.

Had on tap at 4 pines. Nice citrus aromas. Noticeable difference between the other single hop series. Enjoyable beer

Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with lemon citrus. Taste is pretty crisp with lemon zest leading to a decent bitter finish. Quite nice.

On tap at Archive. The first of the 4 Pines Keller Door Single Hop Series. Lemon rind yellow in colour with a little bit of haziness and a level layer of white foam. Strong lemon like aroma which was quite pleasant in the nose. Flavour was good and this is an easy to drink beer.
