On tap at Tippler’s Tap. This is a beer from the beer mimics food range and it pours a light hazy lemon peel colour with a head that laces the glass. The aroma carries a lot of fruit with citrus, passionfruit and pineapple. The beer is light in the mouth and quite easy to drink with favours of melon with a peppery backdrop. I didn’t’ really get the macaroon thing but it is a good beer none the less.
