COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A colorful deep Ruby Amber appearance. Aromas of Pine and Grapefruit overlay a malt background. On the palate full bodied malty flavors with a tight and bitter finish.

Competent ale, sessionable and quite enjoyable, without being overly impressive. Not quite good enough to stand out from the crowd of quality pale ales on the market today, but certainly a long way from the mediocre end of the pack. Would drink again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a lovely, very clear amber colour with a minimal white head. There is a strong aroma of citrus with the flavour being slightly bitter and sitting nicely on the palate. An excellent beer from 4 Pines.

One of the better Australian made pale ales. Full bodied, good on the nose with the hop character to flow through. Recommended.

500ml bottle from Cellarbrations with expiry of 22/10/15. Amber brown pour with small cream-white head. Nose offers caramel malts with mild pine and citrus hops and this is reflected on the palate with a mild to moderate bitter hop finish. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. More like an English style pale ale despite the stated IBU of 35.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2014 Enticing aroma and flavour showcases the four US hop varieties listed on the bottle. A tasty brew from the good folks at 4 Pines in Manly.

Tap at rainbow hotel, Fitzroy. Amber colour. Head dissipates quickly. Nice aroma but not very complex. Refreshing, sessionable pale ale with decent amount of flavour to it. Recommended.

Not bad but I found it had a very mild aroma, hardly any bitterness and a bit too malty.

Bottle bought in Brisbane, August 2014. Amber with a medium head. A relaxed one with hops, grapefruit and some mango. Also some notes of hay. Soft and easy to drink.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2014 Re-rated, this time a very pleasant passionfruit, piney aroma, not much head, quite a bitter taste that lingers. Nice one, I wonder what their IPA would be like? on bottle neck of this one is lable stating citra, amarillo, simcoe, cascade hops. Last time I rated I detected very little aroma, different batches of this with diff labels?
