On tap at Bad Apple. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aromas of bright citrus, wheat, light spices, and yeast. Flavors of mostly citrus and wheat with some light spices and some light yeast. Kind of unusual for wit, but I really liked the bright citrus flavors. Extremely drinkable and refreshing brew. Really good in my opinion.

Nice yellow color...and good head. Need to swirl the bottom of the bottle before pouring. Fruity aroma a little to subtle. Pretty good flavor though. Sits well on the tongue and is refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. has a hazy lighter yellow color with hardly any head on it. A light aroma of lime, so much so that i thought there was salt on the brim of the glass. I will admit that i do not understand what they were going for on this witbier, because I do not taste anything but citrusy fruits in this one.

12oz bottle from Armanetti’s. Pours a cloudy, rich straw yellow-gold with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is pretty cool with a big lime note up front. A nice, distinct passionfruit behind the lime as well as a light wheat malt, some herbal spices, and a light acidity. A touch of bread to the malts with a hint of orange florals. Flavor is similar. Lots of lime with a moderate acidity and tartness up front, some floral oranges, and doughy yeast. Some passionfruit in the middle with a light wheat malt as the tartness continues towards the end where some herbal spice, orange citrus, and hay come in. Finishes dry and clean with a light, spicy hay bitterness alongside plenty of limes with a light tartness and nice, mellow passionfruit. Lengthy aftertaste following a light body and a fairly lively carbonation. Overall, 5 Rabbit keeps making these interesting, extremely well balanced beers that are solid all-around. This one has lots of tart limes and a nice passionfruit balanced with a light, spicy hop and pale wheat malt backing. Lots going on for such a low ABV%. Really nice beer.

Pours like a glass of orange juice with 1 finger of creamy head. Aroma is dank passion fruit, lime, wheat, and spice. Taste is very limey and fruity, oranges, somewhat cidery with a wheaty yeasty finish. Body is light, mildly frothy, average carbonation, tangy fruity finish. Overall, this is pretty decent but not something I would seek again soon.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2012 It tasted like a cider - lots of orange/lemon citrus and light bodied. Light-to-medium bodied with a very pleasant, summer aroma. I look forward to having this one again in the summertime. Note from second tasting - it comes of like a straight-up grapefruit juice. It’s unusual and good in small doses.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Hay taste, says lime I will agree could said grapefruit and I wouldnt have called you a liar. Tart. Little bit of sweet hidden in there. Not good, maybe good if your just starting out trying diff. beers or trying to get girlfriend or coorslight buddy to try craft beers. Then again maybe make them retreat back to high life for life ha. Not good.
