3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a yellowish color from the bottle with aromas of light clove, passion fruit, some lemon, and a touch of malt. Flavors were light passion fruit with some lemon, clean malt, a light spice in the aftertaste, solid.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Hazy pale straw yellow pour with a smallish white head. Nose is kinda unremarkable but the mouth is a pleasantly fruity (passion fruit), mildly tart, light creaminess on palate, refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is a murky yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a big fruit. I don’t know if it’s the hops or the touch of passion fruit but this is plenty fruity. Flavor is a bit sour then some tropical fruit juices. Finish leaves a bit of the sour fruit juices on the tongue. I could not drink a lot of this as it is way sour but having one really cleanses the palate with the fruit and high carbonation.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Looks like a vodka and orange juice. I don’t know how else to describe the color. Aroma is of citrus, especially lemon, with wheat and some spice. Smells very fruity. Taste is big on the citrus, but not very acidic. Lots of wheat. Has a nice spicy character as well. Very earthy. Mouthfeel is light and sticky. Body is very carbonated and goes down easy. Just very easy to drink, and it tastes good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A hazed golden wit with a thin creamy off white head. In aroma, very nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of orange pulp, coriander notes, flowers, very fragrant. In mouth, a superb mix of tropical fruits, papaya, feijoa, guava, cloves and coriander, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at Mondial 2015.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at Elihah Ps during their pre opening event. Very hazy yellow gold with a big creamy white head. Lots of fruit here that includes lemons. Creamy. A hint of grapefruit and some banana. Pineapples and oranges. Nice fruity complexity. Sweet and tasty. Pleasant.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle. Hazy straw with one finger head. Tart with some limey citrus flavor. Mild wheaty body. I’m a big fan of well done wits, and while this deviates quite a bit from the classic style, it’s a tasty, unique brew. Would like a bit more traditional spicing, but well done.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of lemon zest, lemongrass, coriander.
Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
A perfectly fine rendition that’s refreshing to drink thanks to the assertive tartness (almost puckering, but balanced well with the sweetness). The aroma is very lemony / lemongrassy...simple but pleasant enough. An easy quaffer.
