This is a pretty awesome witbier, one of my personal favorites after trying it again on draft. The passionfruit adds a great tartness and fruity/sweet character the gives the beer some heft. Really solid.

Pours cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is typical wheat ale, yeast and faint passion fruit. Taste is wheaty and tart at the same time followed by muted spices and more fruity tartness for the finish. A really interesting wheat ale.

Tasted from tap. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is fruity, wheat and spices. Taste is a tangy and fruity bite with minimal bitterness. Passion fruit taste really comes through well along with a nice belgian spice taste. Medium bodied with a tart but clingy mouthfeel. Nice touch to a belgian wit. Definitely above average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head that vanished quickly. The aroma is that of passion fruit and toasted wheat. The flavor starts with a lemony citrus tang followed by a hint of passion fruit. Hops bitterness is mild in this one.

Bottle: pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Lovely to look at. Aroma is passion fruit and candy. Taste is sweet passion fruit that lingers on the tongue. This is a great summer beer... ideal for a hot sunny day. Delicious take on wheat beer.

12oz bottle 12/6/13 (Trader Joe’s-Naperville)-42° in Tumbler-Pours a murky orange with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, grains, and hay. Taste of wheat, citrus, grapefruit, and slight hops. This light bodied brew has a different taste than most other wits that makes it interesting and tasty.
