2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
The aroma is yeasty and wheaty with a hint of citrus and sour fruit. The appearance is cloudy with a small head. The taste is sour and all the good qualities are buried in it. The palate is average. Overall not a fan.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ Vino Bellisimo / Lima Oh --- Cloudy light straw color, thick white rim head, stripes of lace. Taste is sour wheat with a light dose of spice to complement. More of a sour beer than a wheat beer. Palate cleansing, good for a warm afternoon outdoors

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample at Winking Lizard. Hazy bright yellow color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity with notes of wheat and malt. Light-bodied with a pithy citrus character and notes of yeast and spice. The finish is fruity with a citrus and wheat aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft sample at Cincy Beerfest 2014 on Fountain Square. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head. Notes of big florals, lemon and lime citrus zest, grass, bread, wheat, and passionfruit. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, tart mouthfeel. I liked this. Iíd go back to this as a summer session sipper.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: Draft at Publican, 7/2/14
Aroma: The aroma is wheaty and sweet, a good amount of fruit, and some spice
Appearance: It pours a hazed yellow color with a medium sized head
Flavor: The taste is much the same, very sweet, wheaty, dominating over some spice
Palate: The body is medium, it gets a little bit sticky, but has a decent mouthfeel overall
This was an alright beer. It does what it is trying to do, and it doesnít have any major flaws, it is just a little too sweet for my tastes.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Dense opaque pour, bright yellow sunshine color; looks like lighter Sunny-D or something. Foamy white head fades quickly to a moderately chunky collar. Aroma of heavy coriander & spices with nice underlying passion fruit, mango, & light guava, certainly more tropical fruit than citric, though there is a bit of lemon-lime towards the finish. Soft, bread & wheat notes all around. Taste hit with fresh grass & blanketed wheat up front, bready & mild. Coriander comes in big with substantially yeasty esters & spices... Almost tastes a bit like saison yeast. The hefty bill fades into a lighter, more fruity mid-palate & finish, complete with passion fruit, juicy orange, & lime peel. Hint of tartness, lingering wheat. Refreshing & pretty tasty.

A nice tangy wit, lots of carb bite and citrus undertones. Tropical fruits too I guess? Pretty darn good.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This ratingís from a 12-ounce bottle of "5 Lizard Latin-Style Witbier." (Whatís with the abbreviated names here?) Itís got a handsome Wit pour, a hazy straw body with a tall, dense white head. Even given the density of the head, ample aroma seeps through to tantalize the nose. Itís doughy with a wheaty tartness and a strong (but not overpowering) scent of undetermined blended spices. (I donít care what they are. It smells good.) The flavor is a lightly acidic wheat, a lemony tang, and some subtle spices that pepper the tongue. The finish is almost powder dry with spices and a prolonged lemony tartness. I like this brewery.
