3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Iíve wanted to try this beer for a while and have liked some of their other varieties. The aroma is probably the toughest part to rate. Itís off a bit and doesnít do the beer any favors. Has an almost musty, sweaty, earthy smell. Pours a nice hazy golden yellow with a moderate white head that dissipates pretty quickly and leaves just slight lacing. I appreciate what they are trying to do, but not sure they accomplished it. Has lots of citrus and spice on the tongue that finishes with some exotic flavor. Not sure if itís passion fruit, but itís not bad. I probably wouldnít seek this one out, but it is a refreshing light wheat hybrid with exotic flavors that would be good over the hot summer. I give 5 Rabbit all the credit in the world for trying new things with exotic Latin flavors.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Hazy pale straw yellow pour with a smallish white head. Nose is kinda unremarkable but the mouth is a pleasantly fruity (passion fruit), mildly tart, light creaminess on palate, refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is a murky yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a big fruit. I donít know if itís the hops or the touch of passion fruit but this is plenty fruity. Flavor is a bit sour then some tropical fruit juices. Finish leaves a bit of the sour fruit juices on the tongue. I could not drink a lot of this as it is way sour but having one really cleanses the palate with the fruit and high carbonation.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Looks like a vodka and orange juice. I donít know how else to describe the color. Aroma is of citrus, especially lemon, with wheat and some spice. Smells very fruity. Taste is big on the citrus, but not very acidic. Lots of wheat. Has a nice spicy character as well. Very earthy. Mouthfeel is light and sticky. Body is very carbonated and goes down easy. Just very easy to drink, and it tastes good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A hazed golden wit with a thin creamy off white head. In aroma, very nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of orange pulp, coriander notes, flowers, very fragrant. In mouth, a superb mix of tropical fruits, papaya, feijoa, guava, cloves and coriander, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at Mondial 2015.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at Elihah Ps during their pre opening event. Very hazy yellow gold with a big creamy white head. Lots of fruit here that includes lemons. Creamy. A hint of grapefruit and some banana. Pineapples and oranges. Nice fruity complexity. Sweet and tasty. Pleasant.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle. Hazy straw with one finger head. Tart with some limey citrus flavor. Mild wheaty body. Iím a big fan of well done wits, and while this deviates quite a bit from the classic style, itís a tasty, unique brew. Would like a bit more traditional spicing, but well done.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of lemon zest, lemongrass, coriander.
Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
A perfectly fine rendition thatís refreshing to drink thanks to the assertive tartness (almost puckering, but balanced well with the sweetness). The aroma is very lemony / lemongrassy...simple but pleasant enough. An easy quaffer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A- Passion fruit, coriander, spices, wheat, citrus, subtle funk.
A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Passion fruit, coriander, wheat, citrus.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity spicy finish.
O- At first sight, I expected this to be some shitty low quality brew from some random place. I bought it because I love Witbiers and I saw it had passion fruit so why not. Turned out to be quite good! Like any other Witbier but with definite passion fruit thrown in. If you arenít used to passion fruit it might taste a little off but I loved it. A little strong on the coriander and the lime was pretty minimal, but very very refreshing.
