Pours nice and hazy, a white wine color accompanied by a foamy, finger and a half head. Nice aromas of almonds and citrus notes, mainly orange. The grapes and wheat come through on the tongue, as well as some spice notes. Bread and almonds are left on the finish. Although a bit too heavy to be a good summer day beer, it goes down well on a summer night. Also worth noting, this is my dadís new favorite beer.

Hazy straw color; Light to medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, malt, & some citrus; Flavor of wheat, yeast, some grain, and fruit/citrus; Finish is slightly tangy; Interesting - but just ok for me.

Bottle. 12/17/13. Pours a light straw-gold with a very active, but fast to fade white head. Aroma is fruity, apples, Belgian yeast, vanilla, grains, grapes, light; cider-esque. Taste is light, fruity, watery, apples, white grapes, acidic, wheat, some Belgian yeast; finish is light, fruity. Dense, fluffy lacing. Medium carbonation. Active carbonation. Bubbly. Light bodied mouth feel. Somewhat boring. Not all that full flavored.

12 oz. bottle poured to a fest chalice, showing a hazed, light golden color, gradually diminishing, a modest layer of white head foam, and light lacing. The nose was light yeast, tartness, grape, kiwi, light nuttiness, and some sweet biscuit. This sweetness transferred to the taste only as an initial hint, then faded. Light bodied, the taste continued citrusy tart, almost sour, with lively effervescence and prickly carbonation, paired with low hop bitterness, resulting in a crisp & dry finish. Basically refreshing, with some interesting complexity,

On tap. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are both of lemon zest, grapes, wheat, and dough. Medium bodied, good carbonation levels.

Bottle pour, hazy yellow color with an average white head that mostly with good lacing. Aromas are mostly fruit, vinous and musty wheat. The almonds are noticeable and mix well with the Muscat and wheat. Very smooth and easy to drink, alcohol is well hidden. Nice beer.

I think it is a decent enoguh beer. Light and drinkable for the abv, nice wine vinous notes. Not bad.

Interesting appearance. Cloudy light yellow. Taste is like a combination of a belgian wheat or wit and some white wine. Somewhat dry and sweet. Grapes.

12oz bottle from one of the cousins in the barrio. Pours misty pale gold with quickly diminishing white head and trace lacing. Itís been a while since Iíve read the Diario. Nose is musty sweet wine. Flavor adds wheat and orange peel, but nothing like an Orange Julius. I donít detect the almonds or even George Drakoulias. Definitely a summer ale. Muscat flavor goes away quickly and makes way for a standard wheat ale. I canít believe itís 6.8% ABV, more like half that. RIP.
