COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is an aggressive Witbier, brewed with 50% wheat then delicately spiced at the end of the boil with dried Curacao Bitter Orange Peel, Sweet Orange Peel and Coriander. We add Hops 3 times to balance the crisp refreshing flavors of this unique brew! Refreshing, smooth, this is a great beer for late summer and early fall.

Rating note from a few months ago. Tap sampler at the 5 Seasons north brewpub. Hazy gold pour. Wheat and lemon in the aroma. Nice and refreshing with a good texture. Didn’t have much else written down other than a score.

A really good take on the style, not my favorite type of yeast used for this one though. A more traditional Belgian style, very dry with that lingering lemony acidity and a bit of a mustard seed type nose, and the ever present coriander. This is really great for late afternoon patio sipping at the Prado.

Color is a somewhat cloudy amber gold with a thick but not persistent head. Aroma is strong, very wheaty and malty, with strong lemon hints. Flavor is rich, wheaty-malty, with some hop edge to it. Refreshing, smooth, this is a great beer for late summer and early fall.
