Cloudy pale yellow with no head. Very appley. Tingle on the tongue, slight numbing affect. Really good cider. Sweet, though.

Pours a hazy pale dusty yellow with a thin white head. Strong aroma is mainly of sour apple, promising a good hard cider. Mouth-filling sour apple flavor has just a hint of pear and a whisper of sweetness. Firm-bodied texture is quite smooth and somewhat fizzy.
