3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear golden yellow with a dissipating white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is light pils malt and lager yeast. Taste is grassy hay, pils malt, lasher yeast, and a nice hoppy backbone. Not bad for a pilsner.

Clear gold. Big white head. Nice crisp and refreshing. Pleasant hop bite. Not as aggressive as a Prima Pils, but a very good beer of the style.

Farther’s Day lunch - 2013 - on tap at their Prado location. Medium gold pour, nice bubble action, fluffy snow white head, nice webby lacing. Fresh grainy aroma, a touch of honey sweetness. Flavor has some honey, some grainy goodness, some wheat crackers. Crisp fresh mouthfeel. Good accompaniment to the Black Bean Burger I had.

Sampled from the tap at the Prado location. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice crisp grass note with lightly sweet grains and hay underneath. Flavor is slightly sweet with grain up front but has a crisp grass note that comes out and rounds off the finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a nice clear golden with a decent white head, typical for a pils but still appetizing. Aroma is crisp and malty with a subtle hoppy undertone. Flavor is malty, slightly hoppy, slightly bitter, better than most pilsners I have had. Texture is fairly smooth with a good tingle. Normally I don’t care much for pilsners, but I like this one.

Draft. A yellow brew with a white head. Scent is malt and hops. Taste is light sweet floral with balanced hoppy bitterness. This could be trouble in the summer :)).

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: Served up a crystal clear, yellow body capped with a crown of white suds.
Smell: Lightly grainy whiff of Pils malt with scents of vibrant Noble hops imparting hints of dried flowers and piquant spices.
Taste: Particularly pale and pilsner malts tasting of crisped grains dusted with just a small bit of icing sugar. In comes the zesty, spicy, floral Noble hops with a goodly dose of bitterness. Finishes rightly dry, lightly crisp, and with touch of those Noble hops lingering into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Excellent for refreshing Summertime drinking, it has plenty of flavor and a definite ease of drinkability.
