UPDATED: FEB 21, 2013 Brewvival Trip Beer 35. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear toffee color with a medium sized frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, resin, earthy hops, toffee malts. The taste is bitter resin, citrus, herbal, melon hops. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces thickly. Aroma has a good amount of light pine with a decent amount of grass and a light grain backbone. Flavor has a combination of light pine and light resin with a hint of grapefruit and a light grain backbone.

Hazy copper red in color with thin off white lacing. Nutty malt aroma with slight pine aspects. Palate is well balanced with slight pine and spice notes. Has almost a imperial red feel.

On draft at Prado location. Pours a lovely hazy unfiltered brown-orange with a white head. Nose is some citrus and big pine supported by a nice malt backbone. Flavor is similar with the malt backbone not disappointing and big pine notes with eruptions of citrus. Finishes with lingering pine. Medium to full in body, and a solid unfiltered IPA.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2012 Thick cloudy pour. Hop aroma of fruitloops, citrus peal, and oranges. Lots of fresh hop taste. Mixed citrus and grapefruit explode on top of a lighly Malty grain base. A bit thin at the finish. Pretty nice and as a last note, very hoppy but in no way abrasive.
