thedm (3405), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 16, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 31. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Atlanta Georgia. Dennis, the owner, treated us royally. He kept bringing sample after sample to our table. We were given every courtesy and treated very well. Thanks to their fine staff. This brew poured a medium sized head of fine to medium sized off-white colored bubbles that left behind good lace and a transparent softly carbonated light orange brown colored body. The aroma was mildly malted and missing the usual Pale Ale hop notes. The mouthfeel was also missing the typical hop bite and was more malty than hoppy. The flavor was nice and mellow for a Pale Ale and I highly reccommend it for non-hop heads. It is one of the better low hopped APA's out there.
BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Jun 4, 2008 This is a great quaffable session pale ale. Simple soapy, citrus hop aroma, with a slight caramel/toffee maltiness. Good balance and mouthfeel. fro2218 (465), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Sep 30, 2007 Medium brown color small haze, simple hoppy aroma, malty, hoppy - citrus and grass, bittered just right. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 03/07/1996

jrob_21 (840), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Sep 27, 2006 English style ale rather than the west coast style most of us are used to. Hoppy profile reminds me of rabbit food but not in a gross way. Very herbal aroma. Full flavored, crisp, and refreshing. UNCCTF (461), Kannapolis, North Carolina, USA Jul 1, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Light orange coloring, almost copper, with an off-white head. This was balanced but pretty boring for a pale ale.
