COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A golden lager in the traditional Munich brewing style. This is what you find on tap in Bavaria instead of a Pilsener. With more malt character and less hop bitterness than a pilsener, our Helles is full flavored but crisp. Slightly lighter bodied than our Seven Sisters Münchner.

On draft at Prado location. Pours a clear golden yellow with a frothy white head. Nose is a nice grainy bit with some nice background hops. Flavor is a light-bodied and crisp helles that has some light background hops and nice malt sweetness followed by a slight lager yeast finish. Nice beer.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy aroma with weak grassy hints. Sweetish fruity grainy malty flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish with some hoppy hints.

Clear gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma of paper and light malt. Semi sweet malt start with a dry finish, and light/medium bitter. Light bodied with good carbonation. Pretty nice beer.

Out of this world! Crisp clean, subtle but present noble and piney hops. Crisp sweet malt than finishes dry. Pours an outstanding rich yellow. Excellent beer. I could drink this one for a long time.

Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 26/09/2009 Bready malt aroma. Bronze coloured hoppy and floral with a little dryness in a crisp malt finish.

Gold color with a very mild haze--nearly clear. Modest head but leaves very good lace on the glass. Grainy smell of spent grains. There is a mild hop way in the background. This is very close to a lawn mower beer, but not quite. The flavor is light and grainy, like the smell, but the hop is a bit more pronounced. I imagine this is the right beer for the uninitiated to brew pubs. Of the flight I had, this was my personal least-favorite.

Tap at 5 Seasons Brewing Company. Poured a tan small head that mostly diminished, transparent body, visible carbonation, spotty amounts of lacing, and a golden hue. The aroma was bready, malty and sweet. The flavor was malty, sweet and thin tasting. Smooth mouthfeel and light bodied. Very easy to drink but lacks a lot of character and I was left unimpressed overall.

On tap. Poured gold and clear, with a thick head. Aroma is grainy, malty, and bready. Taste is somewhat similar with a little hops. Not much. Very clean, easy drinker. Not a bad brew. Good for the patrons that don’t enjoy other more aggressive brews.

Gold pour with not much head. Aroma is almost nonexistent. Flavor is tame, but fresh and breadlike. Best mouthfeel I’ve ever had in this style though.
