COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional English ESB brewed with Maris Otter floor-malted barley and English crystal malts for a toasted, slightly caramel malt flavor. For hops we used East Kent Goldings and Willamette whole leaf to add an earthy, almost floral aroma. Smooth and Amberlicious.

tap. cloudy orange color. rocky head, it looks really fresh. Aroma of a fruit tree. Orange grove. A bit of toasted biscuit malts. Flavor is a very sessionable malted goodness. Light earthy herbal bite, lots of bread, and a hint of sea salt flavors. Love those Maris Otter. Finishes with a far away citrus rind, mostly salted bread. So sessionable!

Comes out of the tap a hazy honey-golden with a thin white head. Aroma is rich, hoppy, fruity and rather tempting. Hoppy flavor has undertone of fruit, apple or banana (or both) and is fairly but pleasantly bitter. Texture is edgy, ragged and fairly fizzy. Definitely worthy.

Appearance: Hazed, mahogany-hued body with a thin layering of white froth. Smell: Aroma of oven-toasted biscuit tops with some vague, distant sweetish tones to it and paired with spicy, herbal notes of English hops. Taste: Malts display a strong flavor of toasted biscuits lightly dusted over with light brown sugar. Touch of apricot fruitiness. Mild Noble hop character gives a hint of herbaceous spiciness and no more than a low, easy-going bitterness. Finishes dry with a further hint of bitterness and a continued biscuity taste. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-low carbonation. Drinkability: Was it ever?! A very enjoyable ESB!
