Aroma: dark chocolate aroma balanced with oak and earthy hops followed by a sweet brandy character,
Body: creamy body that turns light and airy like a merangue pie,
Flavor: rich sweet chocolate and brandy flavor, light balancing bitterness adds some restraint but leaves it sweet, bitterness slowly grows pint by pint,
Overall: like a liquor filled chocolate candy,
