COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Let's celebrate the economy by raising a pint! This is a traditional British session ale - a beer brewed to slightly lower alcohol levels where one can drink several pints in a "session" at the pub. It is made exclusively with the finest English barley and only whole leaf Willamette hops. It is then dry-hopped in the serving tank for a wonderful floral aroma and texture. Cheers!

Pretty much exactly what a mild ale is supposed to be. There’s a bit of caramel malt, but it’s not heavy in the least. A bit of hops linger around the edges, but definitely not hoppy. This is a great session beer.

The first time I had this one it was dry hopped with Willamette hops via a cask firkin. Creamy and smooth. Today its on tap. Pours clear, solid copper color, thin white head. Nice caramel aroma, some calming citrus. Flavor is a light malt. Very balanced. Light hop character. Just right. Light bodied, full flavored. THE ULTIMATE SESSION. Cheers!

Appearance: Lightly hazy, caramel-copper body with a medium-sized, white head. Smell: Aroma of wildflower honey, light caramel, and leafy hops. Taste: Delicate caramel, honey maltiness. There’s a light sweetness, but this dries out fairly quickly. Light leafy hop character with an equally light bitterness. Slight fruitiness awakens upon warming. Creamy finish with a lingering honey taste. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Mild, soft carbonation. Drinkability: Here’s to a lovely, fine ale that’s touched the lives of countless people.
