COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This one is a bright golden color with a brisk, refreshing snap to it.
A soft malt quality underpins the Kent Golding and Styrian Golding hop character which give the beer a long and dry finish.
The classic Belgian yeast adds a wonderful complexity with tropical fruit and earthy notes in abundance. It is brewed in honor of our local beer writer, Bob Townsend.
We are blessed to have a beer writer in the local fishwrap and a great one at that.

Appearance: opaque oange, fine white head, bits of lace,
Aroma: sweet fruity orange citrus aroma with a peppery spicyness,
Flavor: rich sweet fruity flavor with lots of orange, nice spicyness for balance, touch of peppery character, light bitter finish rises out of the spices,

Named for Bob from Thursday’s Atlanta Journal-Constitution, food section beer article. Tap. Hazy golden/orange. Aroma is bready & yeasty. Lots of light fruit (peach...) Slight tart flavor. Goes down oh so easy (...Just like Bob?) Finish very dry. So delicious.
