With the permission (and blessing) of Avery Brewing Company, Boulder Colorado, we are pleased to introduce the Raspberry TruffAle. Brewed with 25 pounds of unsweet Swiss chocolate and 150 pounds of fresh raspberries, the TruffAle is dark, rich, perfect to savor or enjoy as a dessert.

This was a bit of a disappointment. The color was rich and dark and the aroma was fresh raspberries. The flavor was unfortunately thinner than expected. Not a bad beer, just not the one I expected from the description.
