COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after the original seven Munich breweries that hosted Oktoberfest, THE beer celebration dating back to 1571. It is a deep rich amber Bavarian Lager (known as a Vienna Style to beer aficionados) with a full, round voluptuous body and a very malty finish. Enjoy with pork, roast chicken, sausages and mixed grills.

Malty within the Vienna style, you must like the sweetness that this style has to enjoy it. I have had much better Viennas

This is a simple clear amber colored brew. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad.

Tap at brewpub: Coppery with a small head and good lace. The aroma has notes of caramel, toast, yeast, light noble hop, and herbal vapours. The taste is roasty and vanilla, twangy and acidic midway and a herbal grassy finish. The mouth feel is lively and refreshing, dry finish. An okay session Vienna bier but needs more depth.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2013 Brewvival Trip Beer 34. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber. Thin head, poor head retention. Aroma of grain, toffee and earth. The taste is toffee and mild toastiness. Medium bodied.

Somewhat malty, filtered clear amber color. Grain (wheat and corn) detected in body and aroma. Light body. I'm not sure whether it was watery or subtle, probably some of both.

A little watery like a lot of the 5 Seasons beers, but definite malt to the flavor. Not a bad beer but there’s not enough happening here to make it truly good.

On tap, served in sampler glass. Normally I like 5 Seasons beers, but I’m not big on this one. There is little hop presence, with too much malt leaving it unbalanced. Strange aftertaste

These seven sisters need a life and so does this beer. It just sits there and waits for life to pass it by.

Light brass color. Decent dryness. Very similar to their Munich Helles. So there.

Yet another lager. This brewery does it about as well as most, but what can you say? Weak aroma and flavor. Very smooth mouthfeel and finish with little to no aftertaste. Uninteresting.
