Named after the original seven Munich breweries that hosted Oktoberfest, THE beer celebration dating back to 1571. It is a deep rich amber Bavarian Lager (known as a Vienna Style to beer aficionados) with a full, round voluptuous body and a very malty finish. Enjoy with pork, roast chicken, sausages and mixed grills.

A sweet wonderful pour of heaven in a tall lager glass. Drank this rather quickly on the brewery tour. Nice toffee colored head when I picked it up off the bar. A medium amber in color. Well balanced with a smooth finish. What is to be expected out of a Vienna Lager. Only 1 fault!! Not enough to drink!!!

On tap at the brewpub. Lovely dark copper color and a little cloudy. Brilliant nose of caramel, candy cherries, and a touch of rye. Sweet and syrupy, with a touch of bitterness and spice. Medium body, smooth, and creamy. This is a nice, flavorful, and approachable lager.

Draft at brewpub. Pours light brown with a khaki head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Has some maltiness on the nose. Fairly malty on the tongue but has enough bitterness on the finish to keep things interesting. Very quaffable.

Pours a clear golden brown on tap with thin white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of slightly sweet bready grain and German yeast. Taste follows, light and easy, a weak Oktoberfest in my opinion.

On tap at the Prado location. Amber color with a white fluffy head. Nose is caramel, pine, a little bit of funk. Not too bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled from the tap at the Prado location. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some crisp lager yeast with light notes of hay and grass with a strong sweet grain backbone. Flavor begins with crisp lager yeast and light grass but quickly fills up with sweet grain and hay.

Draft at Prado. Hazy amber with a white top. Scent is caramel. Taste is the same and grainy.
