A traditional German wheat beer with similar banana and clove characteristics as our Hefeweizen. Balanced with a smooth bready malt flavor. Light brown in color, medium bodied, and served unfiltered. Slam some Dunlel and dance some chicken!

Appearance: Tawny dark-amber brown body capped with a medium-sized, ivory-hued head. Smell: A sufficiently sweetish nose, smelling of toffee and milk chocolate, boosted by notes of apple, banana and cracked clove. Taste: An amalgam of chocolate and sweet toffee with well-toasted bread. Slight backdrop of roastiness. Fruity accents of apple, light banana. Minor herbal hop character and light bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Just a good, solid drinking beer.

Clear copper. Slight husky, almost burnt bitterness, but really good yeast aromas and flavors.

Comes out of the tap a nearly opaque warm chocolate brown with a thick, pale tan, fine-bubbled head. Rich, malty, fruity aroma has floral and spice hints. Malty, fruity, woody flavor fairly fills the mouth and has a hint of cloves. Full-bodied, smooth texture is nicely fizzy and leaves a malty, fruity and tingly finish.

Appearance is a brown color with reddish tint and a beige head. Aroma contains banana, clove, chocolate and toffee. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a dominate chocolate flavor with dark fruit and banana in the background. Overall good beer and these guys do some mean german styles.
