Like bread in a glass, our Tripel is a sweet, yeasty ale of Belgian descent. Still brewed today by Trappists monks, our recipe follows theirs perfectly to its golden, delicious conclusion. Served in a tulip glass, you'll find it a wonderful sipping beer. It's unfiltered, and some grapefruit, clove and banana notes may be present. West Mall Trippel was judged the First Place Winner in the Belgian Class during the 2004 Georgia Craft Brew Challenge.
