on tap. pours an orange color with a small white head. big pine / floral hop nose (the Simcoe dry hopping really shines) with light bread notes. light to medium body with a calmer citrus / earthy bitterness and sweet caramel malts. bitter and sweet malt finish. disappointed in this one after passing through the aroma - lightens up too much for me through the body.

Appearance: Hazed appearance with a dull copper hue to it and topped with a fine, near white head. Smell: Deeply citrusy and richly resinous with a background layer of candy-coated breadiness. Taste: Lightly sweet, with a bready maltiness. Generous pours of citrus juices, hints of florals, resins, and a splash of clean, clear mountain spring water. Things lighten up before the sweetish, bready finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Overall: It’s a nice, easy-going APA with a great nose on it.
