COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love hops. This beer is a celebration of the annual hop harvest. We had a farmer overnight us some Citra hops freshly picked straight from the farm. It has a beautiful, bright aroma with a crisp, drying, bitter finish.

Very cloudy orange with light lacing. Very aromatic with fresh orange, grapefruit, white flower & grass notes. Light, clean, floral palate, not over-hopped. Almost creamy finish. Nicely balanced.

Sample at brewpub. Comes cloudy gold with small white head. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Taste is bread, citrus and floral hops. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Appearance: Served a hazed orange-hued body with a slim, ivory head. Smell: A slightly chewy breadiness with a hint of promised sweetness in the flavor with a shaving or two of fresh citrus peel. Taste: Moderately sweet in the fore with a notable breadiness, then, some florals and a portion of fruity citrus juice. Only slightly bitter, but it’s enough to carry you along to a drying, fruity finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Barely on both accounts, though. Overall: A nice ale that, while fresh-tasting, was never particularly hard-hitting in it’s flavor or bitterness.
