COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Subconsciously you desire this beer. This beautiful, stunning lager is nice to look at in its tall, thin, shapely glass. It has a light amber color, like a strawberry blonde. It has a firm, supple, creamy head. It is smooth, but with great body. It’s malty, sweet aroma lingers like a lover’s scent on a pillow. It will leave you wanting, desiring more. (How’s that for some Freudian Slips?)

But seriously, it is brewed with German malted barley, European noble hops and lagered for two months. Enjoy.

Golden amber w/ off-white head. Caramel malty nose leads to sweet malt flavors and a light hop profile. Excellent.

On tap at the brewpub. Good clarity and white head; clear amber body. Fine sweet malt aroma. Great balance, although, as is often the case with this style, I wish it had a bit more hops.
