Cloudy reddish amber with an almost candied flavor from the watermelon. There’s a good wheat underneath but this is definitely a fruit beer. Served with a small slice of watermelon.

Draft at the brewery. Pours golden with thin head. Aroma of what else, watermelon. Taste is light and very sweet. Like pure watermelon juice.

On tap at the brewery. Ok, I really wasn’t expecting to get something I would find delicious here, but my curiosity was piqued. Iceboxxx is a cloudy yellow brew with a well formed white head. The aroma is grainy with very prominent melon. The flavor is even more dominated by melon. It’s pretty much pure watermelon with very little wheaty notes coming out. It reminds me of a kids drink, just because that’s the only thing I can associate with watermelon flavored liquid. This is sweet throughout but not overly so. This is much fruitier than their peach wheat.
