This is a French-style saison. Saisons are a farmhouse style of beer, rustic in character and the yeast imparts lots of spicy notes. It is very dry and refreshing.

On draft at brewpub poured an orangish color with aromas of ligt pepper, light grass, and some spicy yeast. Flavors are the same with a light spice in the aftertaste

Cloudy gold, foamy white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, corriander and white flower. Dry palate, lots of white wine characteristics- white flower and mineral, but also yeast and wheat. Tasty

I had this right after the Rock Lobster saison. This is a bit darker in color, a little more malty, and a bit less sweet. Darker spice flavors and less fruitiness. Similar acidity.

On tap at the pub. Big body. Big sweetness. Dark orange color. Clove and spice aroma. Some banana. Bi wheat flavor. Would love a little more complexity but pretty nice either way.
