3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewpub, NYC. Pours hazy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Tangy lemon nose, light wheat. Light sweet flavor with a bit of lemon, lacto tang, faint hay. Light in body with average carbonation. Tangy finish with very light dough, hints of funk. Quite nice, though not exactly a traditional wheat beer, I would say.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at 508. Pours a softly hazed yellow gold with a medium sized white head. Soft wheat and grain on the nose, a bit of lemon zest. Medium bodied, grainy and lightly tart. Grain, wheat and yeast. A touch of a lemon, grain. Not a ton of stuff going on, but rather tasty, easy drinking, and refreshing. Lingering tart lemon, a bit of yeast and musk. Another beer that seems like it’s not to style, but turns out well regardless of perceived style. Tasty.
