FIRST rating of this! It is my first beer from 508, and it is a very good one. A malty winter brew - lightly spiced, with some ginger and molasses. Pleasantly hopped and not overbearing. The aroma grows sweet as it warms. A fairly complex and very drinkable brew - the best thing I tried at 508.

Hazy copper to brown color, tan head. Cream, strawberry, fruity, red berry taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness, though pretty well balanced. Cream, alcohol, berry scent. (My friend said she clearly found ginger in the beer, though I know I have a hard time feeling ginger, so I don’t know).
