FIRST rating of this! It is my first beer from 508, and it is a very good one. A malty winter brew - lightly spiced, with some ginger and molasses. Pleasantly hopped and not overbearing. The aroma grows sweet as it warms. A fairly complex and very drinkable brew - the best thing I tried at 508.

A Sim rate (on tap at the brewpub): Sharp, acidic aroma that’s not good. Flavour’s similar to the aroma but very alcoholic. Tastes more like a solvent than a beer.
