As "Sorachi Ace Belgian Pale Ale".
Hazy copper color, off-white head. Sweet, fruity, alcohol taste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Alcohol, citrussy scent.

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity esters, rather bland. In mouth, a smooth ale with light hops, rather like a blonde ale. Boring. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 28 2011.
