(Draught during Texas Craft Brewers Festival) cloudy, pulpy, no head. Nose of Belgian spices and yeast, cinnamon, spicy, peach, alcohol and apricot. Taste of peach, white wine, wet wood, prickly carbonation, stone fruits, complex and refreshing given the high ABV.

On tap at the Meddlesome Moth Anniversary week. The only beer I got two pours of. The beer is a cloudy orange with a small white head that leaves splotchy lacing. Very fruity on the nose. Lemon, orange, apple, and wine character. The taste is awesome. Very fruity and full of Cabernet as well. Very well balanced between the tripel and wine. Super smooth medium bodied beer. Slightly prickly carbonation. I am impressed by this for sure. Wine aging a tripel is genius.

Firkin at the Flix Brewhouse firkin fest. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with a touch of light fruit and barrel. Flavor has a sweet bread flavor with a touch of cab barrel and light fruit in the finish.

On tap at the Moth. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma is red wine and oak. The flavor is a bit more complex. I get some juicy red wine as well as some oak, orange citrus and yeast. As the beer warms I get some white pepper. Very fruity overall. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
