COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The (512) India Pale Ale is a big, aggressively dry hopped American IPA with smooth bitterness (~65 IBU) balanced by medium maltiness. 100% US malted grains, loads of hops, and great Austin water create an ale with apricot and vanilla aromatics that lure you in for more.

Another tap offering from the Ginger Man in Austin, TX. Slightly hazy light amber with a short and stubborn cream white head. Modest citrus aroma with some fresh baked biscuity notes. More citrusy hops in the flavor along with some spicy herbal character, mild caramel, vanilla and a stiff set of malt rails. Full and refreshing texture and a dry, mildly bitter finish. Overall a nicely balanced and very drinkable IPA.

On tap - Gingerman Plano. Orangish, amber pour - wonderful white head. Delicious aroma of vanilla, apricot, and citrusy hops. Good amount of malt aroma as well. Flavor is very smooth with a slight bitterness coming through on the the back end. Very balanced and easily one of the best TX brewed IPAs out there. Wish they would bottle already!

Pours a hazy gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is big citrus. Flavor is a bit of bready grain with a touch of caramel and a big citrusy bitterness. Great medium bodied palate makes this easy to toss back and enjoy. I believe this is the best IPA being made in Texas.

On tap @ Freetail Brewing. Aroma of fresh citrus rind. Cloudy coppery orange in color. Pleasing bitter toasted malt and citrus aftertaste. Overall, it’s decent and easy drinking.

On tap at the Holy Grail. Poured glowing, amber/orange body topped with an ivory head that was very sticky and lasting, leaving nice lacing. Aromas of orange/tangerine into grapefruits, orange/melone sweetness. Flavors of piney hops, caramel sweetness, tangerine-based hops, floral and lightly fruity. Medium mouthfeel and a nice, lingering moderate bitter finish.
