3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 WozWx (56) - Lafayette, Indiana, USA - JAN 9, 2013Deep copper/brown color poured into a pint glass... Sweet vanilla aroma with the same for an initial taste. Similar to thirty bucket IPA in that the finish is more bitter than smooth.

(draft @ The Esquire - San Antonio, TX) Hazy gold pour with a fluffy white head. Bitter and grassy hop aroma with some mild citrus. Flavor is definitely more the dry and bitter hop than the juicy citrus hops. Smooth however and easy drinking.

Draught. Pours an amber color with a moderate white head. Nose is a little hoppy and floral. Taste is a little bit bitter, and it has a nice bite. Not too bad.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 crajun (688) - , Texas, USA - APR 14, 2013
On tap at Holy Grail and had side by side with Franconia dipa. This had less aroma (slight pine) and much less hops but wat was thicker with more lacing. Well balanced but the lack of hop flavor made me question ipa relevance. Still enjoyed drinking it
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 kevinator (326) - The Colony, Texas, USA - APR 5, 2013
An above-average IPA. The aroma was piney and citrus but could have been stronger. Nice copper color with a white head. Average weight with a carbonated sharpness. Not heavy at all. Good blend of malt and hops with the latter taking front stage. Grapefruit is what I always detect. Great with chili and always a good staple beer.

Tap Pour at Ginger Man - Austin, TX - deep amber pour, thick whitish head that has medium retention. Aroma is very hoppy - mostly citrus variety with some orange, grapefruit, and has an overall sweet character. Flavor is aggressive with the hops, but in a good way - lots of light fruit, high level of bitterness, but a natural sweetness that keeps things working. Palate is slightly oily and resinous. Good example of a ’single’ IPA
