Growler from Whole Foods.
Clear copper brew with a good amount of white head. Aromas of bready and caramel malts, citrus and floral hops. Taste is lots of bread/toast with orange, toffee, and a slight herbal note. Well balanced and not too bitter.

This beer has a strong hop presence, a little on the bitter side; it is a great example of an American Pale Ale. Enjoy!!

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2010 On tap at the Plano Gingerman. The beer pours an orange-yellow color with an off-white head. The aroma is strong on the orange hops with some caramel malt mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of orange with some piney hops mixed in. The strong caramel backbone keeps the bitterness level low, but still allows all of the hop flavors to come through. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
