3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beer pours a rich amber with a medium off white head leaving some good lacing down the sides. The aromas are dough, light citrus and nuts. The palTry is bitter and lighthouse syrupy but not a lot. This was a good session beer. Cheers!

Growler from Whole Foods.
Clear copper brew with a good amount of white head. Aromas of bready and caramel malts, citrus and floral hops. Taste is lots of bread/toast with orange, toffee, and a slight herbal note. Well balanced and not too bitter.

Pours gold-amber with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus and pale malt. Taste is the same. Light mouthfeel with a mild bitter finish. Decent beer, but a little thin and one dimensional.

This beer has a strong hop presence, a little on the bitter side; it is a great example of an American Pale Ale. Enjoy!!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUL 26, 2010 On tap at the Plano Gingerman. The beer pours an orange-yellow color with an off-white head. The aroma is strong on the orange hops with some caramel malt mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of orange with some piney hops mixed in. The strong caramel backbone keeps the bitterness level low, but still allows all of the hop flavors to come through. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Amber pour with a cream head. Nose is bright citrus hops, nice florals, and light grass. Smooth on the palate, flavor is citrusy hops, clean, refreshing finish.
