3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured draft at The Esquire Tavern in San Antonio, Texas. Nice toffee and chocolate notes on the nose. Mouthfeel lacks a bit but still nice. Served a little cold so that might have something to do with it. Nice bitter finish, not over powering.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft. Pours a deep rich dark brown. Thick velvety head. Looks like an oatmeal stout. Not much aroma but it is on nitro. Smooth velvety texture. Really seems like there are a lot of oats in this one. Mild taste. Notes of oats and hints of nuts.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Enjoyed on tap at Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX while watching the new 300 movie, with that weird Eva Green sex scene. Appearance is a rich dark brown with a moderate white head. Aroma is nutty with hints of caramel, malty, sweet and decadent. Taste is great, nice rich porter with great pecan/hazelnut notes. Really nice one here.
