Draft. Aroma is Belgian yeast. Appearance is a cloudy gold with some nice lacing. Taste is very Belgian triple. A little subdued. Nice. Palate is Belgian, not boozy. Overall, a gods triple for myself. Not to big on Belgians, but this one I can do.

Tap. Hazy golden with small head. Light body with very mild sweetness and a strange mustiness from the yeast. A bit odd, but not bad.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not a bad tripel. Aroma of Belgian yeast and grains, particularly wheat . Golden color that was clear and with a nice fizzy white head . Palate was typical in weight and feel with higher than average carbonation. Flavors were a good blend of pale grains with a little spice and yeasty. A few fruity esters on the finish. Good but not a stand-out.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy, light yellow in color with a fine, bright white head. It has a soft, soapy aroma of what smells like wheat and light citrus. It’s very bright and great in the mouth, with minimal yeast character, really allowing the wheat and pilsener-like graininess to come through. It has an Asian pear-like character, sweet, crisp, and tart, that surfaces in the finish, really making you pay attention to the seemingly simple beer’s complexities. I’m pretty sure this beer is aged by now. Unless they’re re-releasing it. Overall, it’s light, soft, and delicate, yet booming with sweet, inviting flavors of a fruity tripel - and without the yeastiness! Awesome.
