3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy dark yellow, not a lot of head. Relatively light and refreshing for the alcohol content. Some Belgian funk just like the style requires. The spices balance well and aren’t too strong as they are in some Tripels I’ve had.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Half pint glass @Draught House- served a very slightly turbid bright orange color, faint aroma of yeast, coriander, and candi sugar. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, malt is very restrained, even for the style, some solid sweetness with plum in the background in the middle, finish still has some sweetness. It’s ok- could be better, could be worse.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Gingerman Plano.
Hazy golden brew with a decent amount of white head. Aromas of grains, bubble gum and floral hops - flavor is too sweet with banana, grain, and a bit of spice. I usually dig their brews and was disappointed in this one.
