COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Malt Bill: Pilsner and Organic White Wheat Malt SRM (color): 3 Hop Varieties: Apollo, Mosaic, Caliente, Chinook Dry Hop IBU: 55 Spices: Coriander Seed and Orange Peel Yeast : Belgian Ardennes ABV: 5.3% TASTING NOTES: Refreshingly light, this Belgian inspired India Pale Ale delivers hot weather satisfaction with pronounced hop character and flavor. Built like a Belgian wheat beer, but brewed, hopped and finished like an IPA, two classic brewing cultures collide in this delightful creation that is both sessionable (at 5.3% ABV) and amazingly flavorful. We hope we’ve made enough, so don’t miss it!

Pours hazy gold with medium tan head on tap. Aroma of dough with hops, citrus, and pine. Dry dough flavor followed by hops then finished with citrus. Well balanced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Jack Mac’s. Slightly hazy golden pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor are quite nice. I get some wheat and biscuit malt notes as well as some light pine and orange notes. There is also a hint of spice and some medium bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Tastes like a Belgian white and IPA hybrid. Quite good.

Quite good. Tasted alongside other IPA’s from other younger brewers, you can tell these guys know what they’re doing. Citrus aromas and not just from the hops. Pilsner and witbier blended for the color. Light and crisp palate. Strong carbonation. Strong grapefruit and other citrus hops up front but not too harsh that lead to witbier characteristics. The coriander tends to get overshadowed though. I hope they add this to the line-up.

Aroma of bitter white oak. Frothy white hea. Completely hazed yellow color. And some pepper. A bit of stink. Must be mosaic. Cool and frothy. Musty flavor with gym stinkiness blueberry and grapefruit. Horray new hops!
