COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made in the style of the Belgian wheat beers that are so refreshing, the (512) Wit is a hazy ale with coriander and domestic citrus peel aromas. 50% US 2-row malted barley and 50% US unmalted wheat and oats make this a light, crisp ale suited well for warmer weather.

Decent wit and refreshing. Wheat, yeast and lemon aromas. Yellow with some cloudiness but not as much as is typical for the style. Small white head. Light palate with a small citrus pucker. Good carbonation. Wheat and yeast flavors up front followed by citrus with no significant hops presence. Good for summer and a solid effort.

Aroma, while not over powering, is primarily citrus. Pours a hazy yellow with a none lasting white head. The taste is cloves and hints of banana. Medium body and soft carbonation. Overall, a nice wit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

tap pour...hazy yellow with thin white head that has some staying power. aroma is light and fresh...wheat, hint of lemon, yeasty, other light citrusy fruits...not bad. flavor is sweet and full of yeast, wheat, and hint of spice. palate appropriate for the style. decent offering, if far from wonderful...would enjoy again but wouldn’t seek out

Pint at draught house. Light yellow color, clear. No adhesion or head to speak of. Aroma is lemons, wheat, and flowers. The body is soft, jovial, the taste is heavily citrus, sour, and a little sweet. Herbs are slightly present as well, the aftertaste lingers. Good.

Tap at Brew-B-Q. Faint aroma of orange peel and coriander. Clear pale gold color, with a small head that quickly vanished; would have preferred an unfiltered. Taste of water mixed with clove and citrus. Plate is watery as well, little carbonation. All in all, I’ve had far better whites. Average for this style
