The malts are fruity and sweet, citrusy and cereal. The hops are floral. Lively carbonation. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean. A very easy drinking wit. A great summer ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

(Draught at Flying Saucer Lake beer festival) opaque golden, very few white bubbles. Nose of spices, coriander, umami, chewable Flintstones vitamins. Sounds weird but it was nice. Taste of light earth, refreshing, celery, coriander, and spices. Lightly soapy. Dry refreshing finish that is light and well carbonated. On a hot day this should be a go to beer. Very refreshing.
