Amber in color with a reddish tinge; somewhat hazy. Lightish body with a sweet caramel base. Some hop zing and a little bitterness complements, but it’s mild. Some hop notes (flowers) and malt notes (caramel) linger nicely. Pretty easy to drink.

Sep 25, 2005 On tap poured clear copper with an offwhite head. Aromas of bread and carmel. Palate was medium bodied. Flavors of butterscotch and toffee with a sour finish.
