Malty, sweet, and hoppy. Finishes with a nice hoppy bitterness along with a lemony, malty sweetness. Nice offering from 612.

On tap. I like the fact that they offered this single hop brew to show of what they can do.

16 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s tap room. Consumed on 2-23-13. Rated from memory on 2-24-13 (I don’t generally like to do this because my “notes” are poor, but I did chalk up the scores in my head at the time; the tap room was too packed to take notes). Pours a remarkably hazy, orange-gold-tan color with a moderate amount of cream-colored head. One of the haziest IPAs I’ve encountered. Floral, fruity aroma features apricot and citrus scents. Flavor matches the aroma. Heavily yeast-y taste. Hops and yeast dominate the malt in the flavor, although there is a muffin-like quality. I’ve had quite a few IPAs that taste much like this, but this is a well-done example of this particular sub-style. 8/4/7/3/15=>3.7

Pineapple lots of nice pineapple in this. One of their more pleasant beers but still lacks a little on the hop front.

On tap at brewpub pours a hazy copper/orange with a thin white head. Nice aroma of resinous sticky hops, pine, and citrus. Taste has a solid crisp dry resinous hop flavor, orange, pineapple, with a dry caramel backbone. I like this a lot, lots of pungent flavors but still remains very drinkable.

On tap at Pig & Fiddle, deep cloudy orange in color. Great pungent resin hop aroma with a bit of citrus notes. Taste is similar, with a really nice smooth citrus bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
