A golden-colored, American pale ale flavorful yet approachable enough to be your everyday beer. Light-bodied and biscuit-flavored with a slight hop aroma. Perfect for back yards, front porches and the Minnesota seasons. We think you’ll want to drink this beer any time... all the time.

On tap at George & the Dragon. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has bitter citrus and grass backed by earthy grain and straw. Flavor has earthy citrus and grass with a growing straw note and a bit of earthy grain.

Keg @ 612. Light amber, small head. Nose is light melon, more caramel malt. Very meek, almost the absence of aroma. Taste is sort if sharp. Woody bitterness and butterscotch. Peach skin, if I’m being charitable. Medium body, soft carb. Forgettable.

Tap at George and the Dragon. Orange with a thin off-white head. Lemons, peach, grass and malts. Taste was lightly sweet with a lemony finish. Body was medium with a slick feel. Easy drinking pale ale, would be a good summer beer.

Draught at the brewery taproom. Smooth mild fruit nose. Dark amber color. Solid peachy / caramel initial / minimal bittering / finish is like the sweet milk left after the Cheerios have been eaten. Thin-medium body. Decent balance but not a lot of here here.

On tap @ 612. Pours a hazy golden yellow appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat spicy, citrusy hoppy, grapefruity, lightly bitter aroma. Kind of watery, somewhat buttery, citrus flavor. No.

Pours a nice looking pale amber yellow. Aroma is some hops, and sweet grain. Taste is mildly sweet, clean, drinkable with a mildly bitter finish. Pretty light all around, but better than your typical pale lager.

Plain jane. golden color. The hopping levels here are very low indeed, making this inoffensive but weak. Some sweetness appears later on, with a hint of citrus. But below average in the crowded world of APAs. (on tap at brewpub)

Pour on tap at APN 2013, slightly hazy yellow-orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of grass, floral, and herbal notes, slight lemon in there, biscuit and bread come through as well. Taste is a mix of slight biscuit, bread, slight grass, earthy and spicy hops going into more biscuit, finishing bitter, dry. Not bad, but lacking in depth.
