COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Port Royal Stout (Foreign Export Style), combines seven different malt varieties to create intriguing flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted barley. Nugget and Mt. Hood hops offer a soft floral nose and just enough bitterness to balance the creamy, smooth finish. Dark and ominous in appearance, Port Royal Stout is a great sipping companion for any drizzly Northwest afternoon. OG: 16.7P; TG: 3.25-3.75P; IBUs ~40

Tap. Black with a nice head. Aroma of black malt, chocolate and light smoke. Flavor picks up more smoke and some coffee roastiness, nice dry finish. While I really liked this beer it lacked that something special to make it the best stout ever. Solid though and I think with some tweaking could be one of those outatanding beers I seek out time after time.

Tap. Roasted malt aroma. Decent head. Opaque black color. Medium body. Coffee and toasted taste. Delicious beer. I would love to taste it on nitro or cask aged.

Coffee notes, without being excessive. hints of chocolate. Very good stout with a great color and nose. Honestly one of my favorite stouts. Especially on those cold, wet, dreary northwest days.

Thick dark black color, aromas where chocolate and coffee mix. Flavor was thick coffee/chocolate flavor this was a gift from the brewing gods. One of the best stouts I have had in years. Look out for 7 Seas brewing.

Deep black body with a chocolaty, bubbly brown head. Wonderful nose with assertive floral hop qualities tied in with the rich coffee bean highlights. Silky and hearty malt body characterized by moderate roasted espresso beans and chocolate malt with a bit of earthen woody essence. Floral hop character with light grassy notes and a touch of mellow citrus. Impressive drink.
