From keg @7 Stern Bräu, Wien. Hazy deep gold. Low white top. Soft malty aroma with some yellow fruits and a subtle hebal/spicy notes. All flavors are overpowerd by an agressive chili burn. Numb mouthfeel. Burning hot finish that lasts for half an hour(!)

Draught at the brewpub, a touch hazy light yellow colour, honey flavour with some spiciness, flavour of honey and green chilli peppers, the heat is medium strong and lingering. Drinkable but not really pleasant or interesting.

At 7sternBräu, Vienna. Pale yellow colour, minimal white head. Aroma is a bit roasted and smokey. The taste is waaaay too hot and spicy you can’t sense anything but the chili, quite disappointing, almost undrinkable. Long aftertaste with chili, burns your throat.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy chili aroma. Fruity malty spicy burning hot chili flavor. Has a burning hot spicy chili finish.

The aroma is a bit grassy, light malty, not much hint of peppers. Almost clear, golden coloured beer with a white head. The taste starts malty with some citric hoppiness. Has vegetables, but well of all ingredients the peppers are most outspoken. Damn, this stuff burns everywhere. Make sure you drink this one last. Your palate is gone afterwards.

Bottled from Brewery. Golden color with medium white head. Fruity, malty aroma with honey hints. Taste, malt, red fruit, maybe apple and pear. And than you receive a big portion of chilli. I like chilli more in Chilly con Carne than in beer, but here it’s OK. Beer is not only sharp but has also taste. Drinkable.

Milder aber deutlicher Gemüsegeruch. Der Antrunk an sich ist ersteinmal harmlos, die Ruhe vor dem Sturm, fast wässrig! Kurz darauf ahnt man die Schärfe, die dann im Abgang hemmungslos zuschlägt und kaum andere Töne zulässt. Die Schärfer ist noch erträglich, ein würziger Unterton ist erahnbar, dabei zusätzlich leicht herb. Nichts für Jedermann! Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,8,3,9,-,10

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a small creamy head. Light malty aroma. Heavy chili finish.

Torben Matthew’s Tasting, Aarhus, DK Partyfass, 181110. Amber with white head. Aroma of malt. Flavor with heavy chili.

Hazy coloured with a little frothy white head. Nice malty aroma disappears because of chilli. Simple burning aftertaste.
