Amber color, compact creamy, light yellow head. Aroma is malty, strong with alcohol notes. Taste is full, malty, fresh and only light sweet. Light bitter aftertaste.

0,5 l fliptop bottle, bought at the brewery.
Poured hazy golden with a nice stable foamy white head. Aroma of honey, vanilla and bready malt, some sourish yeast, grassy-straw hop. Medium bodied beer with a malt based flavor with honey, vanilla, some fruity alcohol. Herbal hop in the finish.

Draught at 7 Stern, Vienna. Golden with a lively white head. Aroma and flavour of honeyish malt and fruity hops. A noticeable alcohol bite. A little dull and less than inspiring for a seasonal brew.

mross (169) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - APR 14, 2010
Draught at the brewpub. A light golden colour with a nice white head. Light malt and hop aroma. Flavour is malty and has some hop bitterness in the finish, but overall a very weak and forgettable bock.

Bottle. Thanks to Armando, that is Gergely. Golden colour with creamy head. Sweet, pale malty nose, really clean. Sweet malty in the mouth, like a well hopped Strong Lager with more hops than of that of the Bock Style.

Almost buttery tasting Easter beer with a big initial gassiness that settles into a smooth creamy finish with a gentle spiciness.

Draught at the brewpub as 7 Stern Osterbock, 6.5%
Light cloudy pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, gently hoppy nose. Moderate sweet malty, fresh hoppy, grainy and mild alcoholic taste. Very smooth and easy drinkable bock.
