Draught, 4.7% at the brewpub. Good bready aroma, citric aroma hops. Cloudy dark yellow colour. Stable plasticky white head, giving the frothy mouthfeel I do not particularly like. The flavour is OK bready. Medium bitterness, rough in an OK way. Hint of soft fruit in the finish.

From keg @7 Stern Bräu, Wien. Clear pale gold. Tall foamy white head. Hay and lemony fruitiness to the nose. Semi-sweet bready malt flavor. Nice balancíng bitterness. Medium full. Soft, almost creamy in the mouth. Bready/grainy, mild bitter ending. A balanced Helles with good drinkability.

Draught at the brewpub,small stable creamy head, hazy yellow colour, aroma of vanila and honey with some herbal hints, sweetish malty flavour with a dominant and mellow bitterness, medium bodied and not too light, pleasant light but long bittersweetish aftertaste. Very nice.

At 7sternBräu, tap. Golden/pale yellow colour, quickly disapearing head. Malts, yeast and bread are dominant in the aroma, with a hay-like base. Bitterness comes in the aftertaste. Quite good brew, but nothing special.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy grassy finish.

Tap at the brewpub, Vienna. Pours light cloudy yellow with a creamy, white foam head. Crisp dough aroma. Medium sweet flavor with a big bread and dough character, and light straw. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a creamy, smooth texture. Crisp finish, lightly bitter with more dough, mild straw, and faint citrus. Lingering bready dough. Solid lager.

On tap @ the brewpub. The aroma is malty and slightly hoppy. Hazy, golden coloured beer with a white, lasting head. The taste is a bit bitter, bit hoppy, malty. Quite clean and crisp. More bitterness towards the finish. Nice.

On tap at brewery. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma, fruity, yeasty. Taste, grass, fruit, some malt. Fruity finish. Drinkable.

Im Antrunk hopfig-würzig und leicht süßlich wobei die eindrucksvolle Hopfigkeit deutlich heraussticht. Auch im Mittelteil ist dieses Aroma natürlich führend, das Bier ist harmonisch und etwas trocken. Sehr frisch, die Hopfigkeit nimmt zum Abgang hin etwas ab, weiter sehr ausgeglichen aromatisch. (draught) pours a hazy yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of pronounced herbal hops, grain and honey-tinged pale malts. flavour is mostly the same, very crisp and herbal, with a light mineraliness, hints of walnut and a light bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
